How do I clean my litter box?

• Simply lift the grate with the pooh and discard the pooh
• Wipe down the grates with a clean cloth nightly
• Soiled newspaper or pee pads (newspaper is more environmentally friendly) can be thrown into the trash or recycling bin daily and replaced with a clean one. You do not have to use anything under the grates and the urine can be poured down the toilet nightly.

What about using pee pads?

• You may use pee pads under the grates, however, we prefer newspaper. Pee pads have numerous problems:

• Not unlike baby diapers, they are horrible for the environment, due to the fact that they take so long to degrade.
