When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship same day or next day.
Can My Order Be Expedited?
We do not expedite orders, however, we will make every attempt to process, pull, pack, and ship your order as soon as possible but, orders are still processed in the order they arrive. We ship Priority Mail, which has a standard of two-three days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We're sorry, but we are unable to ship outside the continental U.S. at this time.

My Item Is On Back Order. What Does That Mean?
We strive to keep all inventory in stock at all times. But on rare occasions, we will be out of something. If the item that is missing is due in within 48 hours after you placed your order, we will hold the order and ship everything together. If the item is more than 48 hours away, we will notify you to let you know.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
How Do I Return My Order?
Due to the nature of the item, apparel is not returnable or exchangable. Please follow the size charts and measure carefully. The size charts are 100% accurate. We do not accept returns on used UGODOG® Dog Litter Boxes. Please use caution when measuring your pet for apparel. When returning other items, please DO NOT send your item to the address on the packing slip! Instead, e-mail us at returns@lovemypetsupply.com to let us know of your intent to return an item(s), include your reason for returning and your order number. We will issue a Return Authorization number and return address via e mail. Write the Authorized Return Number on the outside of the box. Send with insurance and get a tracking number. You must hand the package to the shipping service within 30 days of delivery to you. If the package is lost or the item is damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping service. A 20% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be applied. Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage).
We refuse packages that do not comply with the terms on this page, and the package is sent back to the sender.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
To cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail at support@lovemypetsupply.com, include your order number in the e-mail. We will follow up with detailed instructions. Please note, if you cancel an order after it has been shipped and the shipping service returns it to us, we will issue a refund of your payment, minus all shipping fees and minus a 20% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater).
REFUSED ORDERS:
If you (or others at the shipping address you gave us) refuse receipt of your order when it is delivered, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges and minus a 20% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater). Such refund will be issued after the item is received by us and after we review the situation.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
LoveMyPetsupply.com is always concerned about your satisfaction. However, we regret that dog apparel, personalized items, and used UGODOG® Dog Litter Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace the item with an identical product.
My item is damaged, what do I do about this?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You'll receive high quality products, in good condition. We fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please e mail us at returns@lovemypetsupply.com with your order number and the details. We will respond with detailed return instructions.
